Unable to Merge Net Sales into individual Week Groups

Hey Community!

I have an ongoing problem where I am trying to group data of "NetSales" into weeks to see how much the company brought in each week. No matter how I filter or what kind of columns I have added I cant group the week numbers into sale weeks. Here is an example of how one store is a having a rolling total for "Sales" vs an individual number each week

I only have the date of the entry, so I need a column for the sales of the week last year with the sales to do math with. The end goal is to show the difference between this week and this week last year in sales
