Unable to Load Data from Excel
I am trying to load data from an Excel file with about 29MB of data - 50K employee records wth management hierarchy. Mostly text.
Why is Power BI trying to load an Excel file using the AccessDatabase Engine?

It turns out that overnight, my corporate applications were updated from a 64 bit version of Office 2016 to a 32 bit version of Office 365.
Saving my data as a table and as an XLSX file seems to have addressed my issue.
