Unable to Install PowerBI

Hi,

I have an issue where one of my customers is unable to update their PowerBI Desktop or Unistall it, because they get an error message stating that PowerBI Desktop is still running. I have checked everything I can think of but to no avail.

 

Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and managed to get around it?

    Hi

    Sorry if you already try this but here are a couple of options that you might already have tried:

    A. Check using Task manager that Power BI Desktop is not running

    B. Start the computer in safe mode and until Power BI

    C. If you are running Windows 10, try to go into App & Features to until the Power BI Desktop
