I am unable to delete 2 dataflows because it says it has a linked table. However, both dataflows are empty (no queries and no tables) as I had removed everything from them and there is no other items in my workspace. Yet, it still is unable to be deleted. Any help would be appreciated. I even tried doing it through the PowerBI REST API but continue to get the same message
The message it keeps giving me is "This dataflow can't be deleted because linked tables in this workspace are dependent on it. Please remove any linked tables from dependent dataflows and try again."
Hello @v-yiruan-msft
I have the Same problem too.
Hi @EricQuan ,
Please let me know if you found any solution for this, bcz i have 2 dataflows which are giving error same as yours and they are empty too.
Thanks
Hi @EricQuan ,
In order to make the further troubleshooting and give you a solution shortly, could you please provide the following info?
Best Regards
1) Yes I am trying to delete the data flow from the workspace in the Power BI Service
2) Yes I am the owner of the workspace
3) There doesn't seem to be any other dependencies at all. The lineage views show nothing other than the 2 data flows and they are not connected to eachother
I have the same problem, nothing is linked but I'm getting this error message when trying to delete the DataFlow.
