Should i uninstall entir MYSQL and reinstall it again, if so can you give me the link of 8.0.16.
If i install that, will i automatically get MYSQL Workbench?

Hi Nagesh, it is a high-level recomendation because I do not know more about the setup. First before uninstalling the entire program MySQL, try install this again:
mysql-connector-net-8.0.16.msi
it is the link to download the connector version 8.0.16. The version 17, its the one giving problems for some mates. Good luck!
