Unable to Connect to MySQL database

I'm having this same problem - but it is on the PowerBI App service.
The local desktop connects just fine.
Make sure you have the most up-to-date MySQL Connectors. Maybe that will help.
I'm unsure how to address this error o App.powerbi.com however.
