Unable to Connect to CRM online 2016

Hi, I'm trying to connect to CRM online 2016 from Power BI desktop, and I get a message 'Unable to Connect.  Details: "The field 'regardingobjectid_cdi_unsubscribe' already exists in the record.".  

 

Can anyone help with this?

I am able to connect using "old" OData Service.

Try use

https://<tenant>.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc

or

https://<tenant>.api.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc

I'm having the same issue/error.
And yes, we have QlickDimensions installed on the same CRM server.... 
And now?

I am able to connect using "old" OData Service.

Try use

https://<tenant>.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc

or

https://<tenant>.api.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc

@ziffo - I'm able to connect to that end point in the new tenant, however, I had to update my OAuth2 credentials but my refreshes in the Power BI service still fail with the error:

Hi @Greg_Deckler,

 

I am getting an issue while refresshing reports on online Power BI version.

Reports are refreshing well in Desktop version while it faces problem in online version.

 

Is your case solved ?

Do we need to make any changes to CRM online ?

Please advise

have you been able to fix the issue? I am facing the same problem. I think it is somehow related to ClickDimensions solution which is installed on CRM. Do you have ClickDimensions?

Hi @JoelF,

Seems you are expanding some field in an entity. After it expands it is resulting into atleast two columns of same name.

Try checking your entities and see the name of fields.
