Unable to Connect to Azure ML Endpoint

Hello, I am getting an error trying to connect to an Azure ML endpoint, both from Desktop and the Service.  To confirm the URL and parameters: I was able to POST the request successfully using Postman.  This is the error message:

Try using base url here and use RelativePath to call score:
