Unable Connect to SharePoint Folder

Dear BI Community Team,

 

I am trying connect to SharePoint Folder but when input the SharePoint Address > Click Transform Data > Choose Folder Path > Files appear > Click Combine Files in Content then have no action.

 

So I click on the file name then see the alert error as the screenshot attachment file.

 

Any suggestion/advise of this issue?

    What connector do you use to access your sharepoint?

    Do you really have (your user) access permissions to this one sharepoint folder (space)?

      Hi sergej_og ,

       

      I am trying with it. For access permission, I am the owner of sharepoint that actually I had tried with a few dashboards already. It's working fine.

       

      For Web, it's also working too except sharepoint folder this time that it's failed.

    Do the files that you're trying to combine have the same structure? For example, if one file is connecting to a specific table on a sheet and the other file doesn't have a table, it can give a not-found error. I can't recall if it looks exactly like this, but have had it happen.
