Un Pivot coulmns issue

Need Urgert Help!!!
I have the below the dataset. I unpivoted the columns. but now i see some blanks being reflected even when there are no blanks. I tried query editor but coldn't find the blanks there. Only in the visuals and the dataset i see the blanks (even that there is no data any rows, why is it mentioned s blank, not sure) but not in query editor. 
Also i found some values missing, for example - if total completed in copilot java is 241, it shows only 240. similarly for others. why? how do i solve this?

Hi  @Madhumitha_Mano ,

In the query editor, the default limit for the data preview area is 1000 rows, so that may cause your value for blank to be outside of the 1000 rows.

If you want to view the column data information in detail. You can enable view->column quality.
