Hi
I am facing one challenge in Power BI report
I have to create a URL link in power BI report which should ideally open the VEEVA app on iPad once clicked on it. I have the VEEVA url ( VEEVA://) and this URL is not getting identified in Power BI report as there is a limitation from Microsoft that in order to have URL active in any report (Ref. this link ) it should start with http, https etc. and here I am facing an issue as when I embed a URL starting with VEEVA:// it is not getting identified as URL. Is there a way where I can embed the iOS URL in Power BI report to ensure it open the VEEVA application.
Add hyperlinks (URLs) to a table or matrix - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
You can see first record is getting identified as URL as it is https, however other two recors are iOS link for app specific which are not getting identifed as URL.

Hi @Anonymous ,
As you said, the url form supported in powerbi must follow the following format at the beginning, and using a custom URL as a hyperlink in a table or matrix is not supported.
You can post your ideas here if there are too many people following. Microsoft will officially consider adding the url format supported by powerbi in a subsequent update.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hi I think you need to open web url from Power BI and this web url will redirect user to your app
Hi,
I have tried that, it does not work for VEEVA app. As this app is based on Salesforce it travese to Salefore page but not the application.
