URL Images blocked when Exporting to PDF

According to my test, when you set the style of the column header like this, you can make the column header disappear:
And you can get what you want.

According to your description, do you mean that you are using the custom visual which is called Simple Image visual to display the URL image?
According to my search, the Simple Image visual seems not to be a custom visual certified by Microsoft. Therefore, I think that you should find the author of the visual to report this problem if it really exists.

What's more, it's also a good way to avoid this problem by using the table visuals to show these pictures instead of the custom visual.

When using the Table Visual the column header is impacting how the image is displayed (size and position). I tried to format the column header to appear hidden (changed colors to white, etc) but I don't see a way to exclude the header.
