URL Image in Tabular Live Connection

Hey,

Is anyone aware of a way to show a URL image via a Tabular live connection? I am trying to display our company's logo on a report page and we need it linked to our public facing website so that it stays in sync. I saw some things about changing the field type to a url image however it looks like that functionality is not allowed on a live Tabular connection.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

James

Hi,

I was able to solve this by using a Custom Visual. I used Hitachi's HTML viewer.

Hi @Anonymous,

Current only column can analysis 'image url' by setting 'data category' to 'image url'. AFAK, live connection not support calculate column and it also not support modify 'data category'.

For your requirement. I'd like to suggest you submit this to ideas forum.
