URL Hiperlink

Hi

I made table with links to other pages in the report. But when I click on link in Power BI Web, it opens new tab instead of going under address in current tab. I know there are other ways to make navigation in report but I need solution for this perticular problem

This seems to be determined by the browser's page jump mechanism.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I don't understand the issue properly.

Few questions:

  1. How these URL links are created for other tabs of the report?
  2. Please add detail to what you mean by - But when I click on link in Power BI Web, it opens new tab instead of going under address in current tab?

Also URL links are browser based due to the https: in it. Therefore I think you are seeing that when you click on the link it opens a new browser tab to show the respective report tab.

If you want navigation within same broswer tab, you will have to use bookmarks for Page navigation within your report:

Thanks,
