URL Datatype unavailable

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with changing the datatype of a column to 'Web URL' (As shown here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/hyperlinks-in-table/td-p/7895)

The column itself is a custom column that appends a unique identifier and a text string. (See below).

The problem I have is that 'Web URL' doesn't appear to be an option to select.

I'm using Power BI Desktop and have check the Modelling Tab as well as in the 'Edit Queries' section.

Any ideas?
