URGENT!! how do i set a portion of a power bi dashboard fixed and keep the other half scrollable?

Hello Power BI enthusiasts,

 

I'm making a dashboard that is long. Also, the dashboard's design is such that the filter selections are at the top portion of the dashboard. I've tried using bookmarks and selections and locking objects., But it is not working. 

 

Is there a workaround for this? Even if I'm unable to freeze can I not at least give an illusion to having the slicers always fixed at the top?

 

Please this is an urgent request.

This is currently not available in Power BI.

I've voted for it. But I don't know when Microsoft will get this developed. Can you please help with finding any other workaround for it?
