[URGENT] PLZ HELP!! Matrix expand shows on desktop pbix file, but not online when published

Hi,

As you can see from the below screenshot, from the desktop pbix file, I can see that the matrix table is fully expanded.

However, when published online, although I clicked all the plus signs, it won't expand further, despite it worked in the desktop pbix file. 

You can see from below that the icon shows (-) since I expanded all, but now idea why I cannot see the expanded subsegments..

Please help anyone! Thanks in advance!!

@jungminyu First thing to try is to reset your filters in the service. It's a button in the upper right. Maybe the detail rows are filtered out for some reason?
