Hi folks,
For anybody else who has this ancient thread come up when searching for MSOA boundaries, you can find MSOA boundaries (and LSOA and many other acronyms) at the Open Geography Portal; MSOA boundaries are currently available at this link: https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/search?collection=Dataset&sort=name&tags=all(BDY_MSOA%2CDEC_2011)
You'll need to convert the GeoJSON/Shapefile to TopoJSON if you want to use it, and the file is pretty enormous - some trimming to the boundaries that you actually need would probably be wise.
