Two tables, two ALL() Filters on measure?

Good afternoon everyone,

Having trouble with a Measure.

The goal of this measure is to rank sales by employee. I had it working till I tried to apply a second slicer to my visuals (first slicer is employee).  The second slicer is just location. If I select a particular clinic with this slicer, the rankings apply to only that clinic. Which is something I don't want, as I only want other visuals to be affected by this choice.

Here is the formula that was working:

RANKX(filter(ALL('Staff Manual'),'Staff Manual'[Status]="Active" && 'Staff Manual'[Team]="Clinician"),[Future Appt Rate])

What isn't working after I tried to add in a (ALL('Locations'):

Future Appt Rate = RANKX(ALL('Locations'),CALCULATE([Future Appt Rate],Filter(ALL('Staff Manual'),'Staff Manual'[Status]="Active" && 'Staff Manual'[Team]="Clinician")

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried editing the visual interactions so that the slicer doesn't interact your table/matrix?
