Two slicers from one column

Is there any specific reason you want to use two slicers from the same column to filter data? If you want to use separate slicer to filter separate visual, you can edit interactions between visuals follow this: Create Complex Interactions Between Visualizations, or use Visual level filter instead.

Yes v-qiuyu-msft, My reports has a page of Brands comparision side by side with multiple charts (for which I have edited Interactions), but in same page I have 2 charts which shows comparision in one visual (Multiline trends & Grouped barchart).

Firstly in a slicer visual, we can't control how many values can be selected by end users. You can consider create a new table which only have a table column contains two values, then use this column in the slicer visual, create a relationship with original table as well.
Another good option is that you can use Visual level filter as I suggested optionally. After you save the report and publish to service, user view report by change different filters won't affect other user's results.
