Two sets of data not working

Hi all, 

I'm trying to make a chart that shows the number of reports by month, and I'm trying to have two bars for every month, one bar for 2021 and another for 2022. But everytime I try to put both 2021 and 2022 reports data in the X-axis fields, I'm not getting the right values. But it does work if I try to test the 2021 and 2022 data seperately, it's when I combine them I get issues. Anyone know why I'm having this issue?
