    Unfortunately, where I work won't allow it. Thank you so much for offering to help though.

     

    I have found a solution:

     

    Starters = CALCULATE(distinctCOUNT(Starters4[Employee Number]))
     
    This worked and I've managed to get the table looking how I wanted it.
