Frixel Yes, but manually with an approach that will need maintenance if your column widths change.
Here I overlaid rectangles (Insert, Shapes), made them 100% transparent, and adjusted the border color and width, also ensuring that the shapes are above the table visualization in the selection pane. It's also a good idea to group the shapes and table viz together so they can be moved at the same time without having to readjust.
