Impactful IndividualTwo Reports for University Organization
I need to create below two reports in Power BI , what could be the KPIs and wireframe ( report layout) for these two reports
1. Feedback Analysis Report:
Objective: To identify university persons with low, medium or high feedback rating to take further action , example students can get feedback from professors and vice-versa
2. Alumini Relations Analysis Report:
Objective: Identify what kind of activities students associated with university , students can be those who are currently pursuing or left the university . example student who passed out in the year 2012 is contributing in development of "Department of sports or placements" inside the university
Alumni Relations Analysis Report
KPIs: Total alumni, % engaged, contribution by activity, top contributing depts, trend by year, geography.
Layout:Top: KPI cards (total, engaged %, avg contribution)
Middle: Donut (activity type), bar chart (departments)
Bottom: Line chart (trend by year), map (location), detailed table

I would honestly ask AI for this kind of questions. I would throw in the available columns as well for a more accurate response.

KPIs: Avg feedback score, % high/medium/low, top & bottom 5 professors/students, dept-wise avg, trend over time.
Layout:Top: KPI cards (avg, % high/low)
Middle: Bar chart (dept/course), heatmap (students/professors vs rating)
Bottom: Line chart (trend), detailed table

The KPIs and layout he suggested (average score, % high/medium/low, top & bottom performers, department-wise breakdown, trend analysis with cards/charts/tables) are all valid and directly aligned with your objective.
For your second requirement "Alumni Relations Analysis Report" here are some ideas you can consider:
Possible KPIs like "Total number of alumni engaged in activities", "% of alumni vs current students involved", "Activities with highest alumni participation (e.g., sports, placements, development, events)", etc.
For layout in top section "KPI cards (total alumni engaged, % by type, year range)",middle section "Bar/stacked column chart (activities vs count of alumni contributions)" and for bottom section "Line chart (trend of alumni involvement by graduation year)", "Detailed table (student/alumni name, pass-out year, activity, department)".
