Two Graphs - Two different slider criteria

Hi

I  have created a powerbi report and it has all the sliders which is fine and I have added two bar graphs. When I select the slider I get the same in both graphs.

My missions is to select the slider for one user and the top graphs shows the one user.

But the graph below I want it to show all the users.

Do I need a parameter?

Thanks

the upper graph will work based on your slicers. for the below graph select the "None" as showed in the image attached.
