Turn on Q&A disabled in PBI Desktop

Hi

As you can see on the screen capture joint, I can't modify the "Q&A to ask natural language".
I downloaded the last PBI Desktop version (choosing a french setup)
But in my "regional settings", I have choose "English".
Anyone can tell me what I'm missing.
