Turn off gradient on bar graph

Hey everyone,

How do you turn off this background gradient on bar graphs?

  • Hi nsadams87xx ,

This gradient comes from the fact that you have highlited a value on another visual in this you need to change the way interactions work between visuals.

On your image you see that on the top 3 buttons:

    • Filter - filter out the chart based on the selection on other visualizations
    • Highlith - Highlight the chart based on the selection on other visualizations
    • None - Does not make anything when on the selection on other visualizations

On you case you have the second option selected you need to select the filter option or the none depending if you want you bar chart to be filter or not when selecting values on other visuals:

Be aware that this definition is made within one visualization to other so if you have 5 visualization on your report you need to make this interaction selection for each of other 4 visuals on the page.

You can also make the default interaction from cross highlights to cross filtering on the Options ->Report Settings -> Visual Options.

    Regards,

    MFelix
