Turn Off Concatenate

In the latest version of PowerBI, is there an ability to turn off concatenation in a bar chart?  I see it in the training I'm going through (which demonstrates an older version) but I cannot locate it in the version I'm using (which I upgraded to last week).  Thanks!

    Did you mean Concatenate Label? If so, you could set this like below
