Trying to use decomposition tree

Hello and thank you for your time,

I am working with some data to do with client care.

We need to be able to see what services individuals typically use on their 1st/2nd/3rd... visits.  So I was thinking something like this:

Data:

However the above isnt quite working based on the data I have.  I managed to rank each person's cases by date, however it doesnt seem to work out very well with this visual.  Any advice on what I need to do to the data set to fix this?

I want the first column to only show peoples first cases broken down by type, then in each category to drill down further.

As an example: Of the individuals who first requested "Advice", how many then had "Information" as their 2nd case.

Thank you for your time,

El

    Hi Anonymous,

Did you mean to change the default sort of decomposition tree sorting effects?
If that is the case, you can take a look at the following link to create a custom sorting table, link to the raw table field.

    Custom Sorting in Power BI

After these steps, you can use it on the decomposition tree to apply for custom sorting orders.
