I am newbie to power bi.I am trying to show the total count of the bar in tooltip i.e(change volume :51).How do I achieve it here ?

You can try the following methods.
Measure:
Change volume =
CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Status]),REMOVEFILTERS('Table'[Status]))
Put measure in tooltip.
