Trying to show item latest date and its QTY

Hi everyone,

I have a table and trying to show Items and there Qty but as items have multiple dates and diffrent qty so i just want one column for each item in that company and there qty on that latest date. I dont need sum of qty i want what was qty an that latest date.

Data table :

    VAR __MaxDate = MAX('Table'[Order By])
    VAR __Result = MAXX(FILTER('Table', [Order By] = __MaxDate),[Qty])
