Trying to Remove ToolTip Filters

My goals: 1) Remove ALL ToolTip Filters from my HeatMap. 2) KEEP ALL Groups and Values filters.

Visual Level filter you can drag out and remove. Or click small down arrow there should e option to remove it

I have tried drag / dropping the Visual Level filters out to remove them. Nothing happens.

I have tried clicking the drop down arrow to find the "Remove" tag you mention. There is none.
