Trying to Create conditional Column or formatting based on performance

To be honest, I don't understand your real needs, izzu .

I can only see that you want to create a conditional column named Performance.

The Performance column is based on the countings of the previous columns.

I would like to ask you to explain in detail what constitutes Fair, Poor, and Good in the Performance column.

For conditinal calculating, we often use IF() or SWITCH() to return results.
