Hi Bmejia , let me try to put another way , in my Metrix visula I have column Agents name and Count of Tickets assigned and ticket status count handel by them (i.e.. Ticket Assigned Count, Breach Ticket Count , Ticket Open Count  , Ticket Closed , Work order , SR Created ) I need to create Performance Column based on tickets handeled , and createria should be based on the Ticket Count and Status Count ( i.e.. Least Breach Ticket , Least Open Ticket , Least Created Ticket, High Assigined Ticket, High Work Order , High Closed Ticket - will Good and Fair and Poor)

I am sorry, but I still don't understand how you get to your performance of good, fair and poor.   If somebody understand Izzu please help out.  a example of how you calculate each of the performace would be helpfull do you compare values and give it a score or you multiply or subtract values etc..
