Try to translate DAX calculated column to PowerQuery M language

Hi,
I have the following calculated column in the table afas_projecten which is connected to the table afas_nacalculatie with a one-to-many relationship.

DAX =
IF (
    CALCULATE (
        COUNTROWS ( afas_nacalculatie ),
        afas_nacalculatie[ItemCode] IN { "PROJ-AW", "PROJ-SMA", "PROJ-CAS" }
    )
        > 0,
    1,
    0
)

I am trying to make the same column in PowerQuery editor using M language.
My code now is this:

if List.ContainsAny(
Table.Column(Table.Join(afas_projecten, "ProjectId", afas_nacalculatie, "projectId", JoinKind.LeftOuter)[itemCode], "itemCode"),
{ "PROJ-AW", "PROJ-SMA", "PROJ-CAS" },
(a, b) => a = b
)
then 1
else 0

Unfortunately it is resulting in the following error:
Expression.Error: A cyclic reference was encountered during evaluation.

You're on the right track, likely just using a wrong reference.
