Try to sort column A

Hey Guys!I am preparing financial statements and am having the following problem:1. I try to sort column A by column B and its not work.2. I tried to make a formula and do it in its order, and it did not work3. I tried to&nbsp;create a calculated column and do in its order, and it did not workColumn A = DescriptionColumn B = orderColumn C = Report Name&nbsp;Please Help&nbsp;&nbsp;sort by Messure&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;sort by&nbsp; calculated column &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

netanel&nbsp;not sure what you mean value for 1, 2 is not unique it is p&amp;L and balance sheet and it will not work. Not sure what you mean it is in different reports, the report has nothing to do with it, it is all about tables and columns.

netanel&nbsp;so basically you can have the only unique combination for column a and b, for example:

This will work
&nbsp;
col a&nbsp; &nbsp; col b
1&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;X
2&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Y
3&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Z
1&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;X
2&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Y
&nbsp;
This will not work as value for 1&nbsp; in col b is not the same in col b
&nbsp;
col a&nbsp; &nbsp; col b
1&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;X
2&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Y
3&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Z
