Hello everyone,
I’m having trouble connecting Power BI to my company’s PostgreSQL database.
Here are the details:
Connection string:
jdbc:postgresql://dev-postgre05:54356/pbi
What I tried in Power BI:
Server: dev-postgre05
Server: dev-postgre05:54356
Server: dev-postgre05:54356/pbi
Database: pbi
But I always get the following error:
> “An error happened while reading data from provider. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.”
Did I enter the server and database details incorrectly, or could something else be causing this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!
