Trigger Email based on Date

Hello All,

I have a requirement where, I have a dataset where Project name and Completion date is present. The reqirement is to send out email to a group of users when there are 10 days before the completion date.

For the above example for Project A, Email should be sent on 17/5 for Certify and 1/06 for Completion date.

Can someone please help me figure this out.
