    Hi bobbob123 as i understand , you can use the following ShapeFillColor measure and apply it to the shape’s fill color using conditional formatting (fx in the Fill setting)

     

    ShapeFillColor =
    IF(
    ISFILTERED('YourTable'[Year]),
    "#FFFFFF00", 
    "#80808080" 
    )
