Trend line without dates

Anonymous not fully sure without having date it is possible but if you paste a sample data and expected output, might be there is a solution.

What I expect is let's say this was the status on January 1st so I take this average as the average for January, then on February 1st I take that average as the average for February and so on, something like this:
