Trend Radar with waves on Power BI

There is any way to plot from the Marketplaces or importing File a Trend Radar on Power BI like this?

I also have a question regarding the integration between ITONICS and Power BI, and vice versa.

What kind of restrictions can we apply to user permissions in order to display specific data per client on ITONICS? Is it possible to configure this through queries or filters?
