Trend Lines

My IT company has unrestricted change times (change window) and restricted change times (change freeze). I am trying to correlate our offered calls and the service level of those calls during change freezes and change windows. 

 

The hypothesis is that offered calls decrease during change freezes and service levels rise. I am having a challenge trying to visualize this correlation in PBI. 

 

Is there a way to show one line that distinguishes the change freeze vs change window service level measure from jan - oct. There are currently four different measure in this visual. 

 

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

    Could you show an example of your dataset like this

    time window/freeze number of calls service level
    8/2/2018 8:00 window 6 4
    8/2/2018 9:00 window 9 3
    8/2/2018 5:00 freeze 2 5
    8/2/2018 3:00 freeze 1 6
    8/2/2018 18:00 window 6 4
    8/2/2018 20:00 freeze 3 4

     

    Are the legends measures or columns? which column or measure do you drag into the field?

    Could you show me a screenshot?
