Tree Map error in filtering

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right location to seek advice, but i've a problem using tree map. new to power bi here..

i've tried using treemap to make it more interactive to filter my dashboard by entities but somehow those 'icons' which i've circled in red pops up.

my treemap filter is on the bottom of the screen. the 8 different colored boxes.

sorry i have to mask off some details due to some reasonstreemap error.jpg.

sorry but one more qns, is there a way to reflect "Not applicable" for a visual whereby the value is a 0, instead of showing "blank"?

I'm using this formula: countax(filter(summarise(...))InkedIMG_20220529_125756_LIv2.jpg
