Transpose the table to pivot

Hi ALL,

 

In need of an suggestion since the desktop pivot table is not helping me out.

The above snapshot expains the requirtment.

I am unable to generate the required output from the desktop pivot table as it takes the year to drill down.

Please help me to get the output
