Transpose Data in Power Query from Crosstab Table to Stacked table three columns

See attached sample excel file which has the source data as a cross tab table i want to transpose this into the result as shown below in Powewr BI.

Expected End Result - Where value is from the Value column and the label is the country name

The data on 2021/1/1 likes the above. How do I turn the above image into an example?29 How do I get it? Do I need to delete na'xie'lie which lie which columns?
If it does not help, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information (or some sample data) .
