Translations Builder Error on Open
Since I can't reproduce your problem and can't collect your Power BI logs in this public forum, it is recommended that you open a ticket and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will resolve the issue for you, if you are a Pro account it will be free.
Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you, Jarvis. I have a ticket open already, actually. I just wanted to cover all my bases and post here as well. Thanks for all your help!

Here are my observations. I've tried Translation Builder version 2.0 and 2.2 and get errors. What I have found is if you are using an import model the translator will open it if it is currently open in Power BI.
According to my research the application does not work with Direct Lake models. I have seen solutions where you can use Tabular Editor or directly in the dax.
