Transforming value dependent on result of a Measure

I have a simple quick measure;

% Attained = [YTD Attainment]/Targets[Target Total]

I need to replace the value with an 'NA' or '--' if the result of the measure is greater than 100%.

I can't use conditional formating for the cell here, and my DAX is rusty.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

How about:

% Attained =

VAR Result = DIVIDE ( [YTD Attainment], [Target Total] )

RETURN IF ( Result > 1, "N/A", Result )

Very cool, had never used a variable in a DAX expression before and this worked like a charm.  Thanks for the quick response!
