Transforming Text data into Analytics using Power BI

Hello All,

We have a requirement to review chatbot performance with respect to customer satisfaction. We have text data (chat data), now we need to transform this data into analytics so that we can review the performance of Chatbot as well as customer satisfcation.

Is there any visual or feature in Power BI which can consumes/transform this chat data and we can prepare some charts /matrixs and can provide some analytics.
