Hi,
I need to create a report based on two fields: "stepname" and "unitfield". Field "stepname" is system field, but "unitfield" is my custom field. In Power BI they look that:
Why "stepname" shows label name insted of "unitfield" that shows number/ value label? I didn't add additional table - use only Opportunity table.
How I can transform "unitfield" to show label insted of number?
Best regads,
Hi @skrzypol ,
I have a little confused about your sceanrio.
If I understand your scenario correctly that "unitfield" is the column you created in the underlying data source.
If so, what is data type of this column in your data source?
In addition, what is your desired output in Power BI?
If it is convenient, please share some data sample and your desired output so that we could help further on it.
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi @v-piga-msft ,
"unitfield" is a column in Dynamics 365 - global set option. In D365 you have few fields to describe a position in set options: 1. name, 2. INT value (example: 1 000 001), 3. description.
After I get data to Power BI from D365, I've got a number insted of name.
I need to create a report in Power BI based on "unitfield" column - this fild will be a main filter.
