Transform Column to Columns to Remove Duplicate Unique_IDs in the Reporting

I need to tranform my data into a better structure for reporting but am unable to figure out so am reaching out for help.   I have the following data structure:   ID        Person_Role           ...

     Starting Table

     

     

    Highlight "Person Role" column and choose 'Pivot Column' option - Choose 'Person Name' as values option, and in Advanced Options - Don't Aggregate

     

     

    Result

    Yes. Summer has gone and it's almost winter now. At least on the Northern Hemisphere.
